A One Man Musical Show , a Professional Singer Musician and Songwriter , Jeremy Smith has been performing for a wide array of audiences for over 40 years. Now with a 6 or 12 string acoustic guitar and his awesome voice, Jeremy loves performing music of John Denver , Glen Campbell and an assortment of song from the 50's 60's ,70's and 80's featuring music genre of Folk , Country Bluegrass and Pop plus his own original songs . Soft ,Easy listening music is what he enjoys singing , either putting on a show for your guests , clients or providing music for your dinner party , this is what Jeremy does the best

It's all about my Musical Life

Sitting around listening to folk music in the early 70's , gave me the want to play an acoustic guitar , the desire to sing and play is what I wanted , 6 string and 12 string guitars were the styles of songs I wanted to learn and play from musicians Peter Paul and Mary , John Denver , Gordon Lightfoot ,Jim Croce , Harry Chapin , Janis Ian , Seals and Crofts , Glen Campbell and many more folk artists .Then the 80's showed up and my music path changed , the inspiration of Acoustic Rock of Styx , Heart ,Boston , and my 12 string guitar came to life .Then I went back to the 6 string guitar and Mandolin with Country, Gospel and Bluegrass Music , these styles of Music help me form what I know today as a solid foundation of stringed instruments and variations in my music

My Musical Career

It all started while performing in Public School and High school ,singing and playing my 6 string guitar on stage and also in the High School Jazz Band. My Musical knowledge took off when I joined a Bluegrass Band in the early 80;s known as Southline playing the Mandolin , several small bands came shortly after that , then in the Late 80's doing a Duet with Al Traynor called Southwind , we performed all over Ontario and In New York State sharing our Musical talents . During the 90's I met up with Cathy Truelove and formed another duet as Heartstrings , we got the chance to perform for a wide array of people and even be on TV Twice . My solo career was still flourishing while all of this was going on , it was in the 2000's when Al asked me to join him to perform on The Carnival Cruise Ships , as a duet act and and as a solo show , 9 years later now that was a lot of FUN !!! Today I am still performing as a Solo Act , Loving what I do most and that is singing and playing my 12 String guitar with songs of John Denver Glen Campbell and all the others that I learned through my Musical Life , this gives me a Wide Array of Music to sing giving my Audiences songs from there Past which they can relate to and sing along
